FLÆ Robotics secures €1 million to scale AI hospitality agent BE-A

FLÆ Robotics has raised over €1 million in Seed funding to advance its artificial intelligence hospitality agent, BE-A, the company announced on October 14.

Investors Purple Ventures and Garage Angels backed the round, which will support product development, deeper integration with hotel systems, and international growth, according to FLÆ Robotics founder and CEO Filip Linek.

Launched in 2023, BE-A is already deployed in more than 60 hotels across the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The AI agent handled 265,000 messages and voice interactions and completed 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention during July and August 2026, highlighting the technology’s capacity to automate guest engagement and streamline repetitive tasks for hotel staff.

The investment aims to improve BE-A’s features and accelerate its global deployment, as hotels face mounting pressure to drive efficiency and address persistent labor shortages. With hotels averaging 4,000 daily interactions through BE-A, FLÆ Robotics seeks to position its platform as a key solution for operational challenges in the sector.

Jan Davídek, General Partner at Purple Ventures, cited BE-A’s rapid adoption as evidence of growing demand for AI-driven hospitality tools. The new funding positions FLÆ Robotics to compete in an increasingly crowded European market for AI hospitality solutions, where investor confidence and speed of innovation are critical.

Success will depend on sustained hotel uptake and the company’s ability to differentiate BE-A from rivals. The funding will also allow FLÆ Robotics to expand into new markets, potentially reshaping how hotels across Europe and beyond manage guest services and operational workflows.
